3.7.3 Shock. The assembly shall be capable of withstanding exposure to three half sine
wave shock pulses of 40 ± 4 g for a duration of 18 ± 3 milliseconds (ms) applied in both
directions along three mutually perpendicular axes (see 4.12.3).
4. VERIFICATION
4.1 Classification of inspections. The inspection requirements specified herein are
classified as follows:
a. First article inspection (see 4.2).
b. Conformance inspections (see 4.3).
