3.4.8 Flow fatigue. The filter element shall be capable of withstanding flow fatigue
cycling specified in table V without evidence of structural failure. The bubble point shall not be
less than the minimum value established during preproduction or initial production testing
(see 4.9.8).

3.4.9.1 Cracking pressure. The relief valve shall crack at the differential pressure
specified in table VI. Cracking pressure is defined as that pressure at which leakage through the
valve exceeds that specified in table VI (see 4.9.9.1).
